MORNING PRAYER

Dear God / be with us / through this day.
Guide us / in all / we do / and say/ at home/ at school / at work / at play.
Bless our parents/ teachers and co-workers.
Guide and protect us/ all through the day.

PRAYER AFTER THE RECESS

O God/ we bring before you/ all the children/ all over the world/ very specially/ the children of our school.
We ask you/ to bless/ and protect them.
Help them/ to offer helping hands/ in friendship and understanding/ towards one another.
May they grow/ day by day/ radiating/ your divine wisdom/ peace and joy.
We make this prayer in your most holy name.

PRAYER BEFORE CLASS

Our Father in heaven/ Holy be your name/ your kingdom come/
your will be done/ on earth/ as it is in heaven/
Give us today/ our daily bread/ and forgive us our sins/ as we forgive those/
who sin against us/ do not bring us to the test/ but deliver us/ from evil. Amen

PRAYER BEFORE DISPERSAL

O God/ source of all knowledge/ bless our studies/
enlighten our minds/ and strengthen our memory/ that we may/
utilize every moment/ of this hour/ fruitfully.
We thank Thee O Lord/ for all the blessings/ You have showered/ on us this day.
Guide and protect us/ as we go home/ that we may/ reach home safely.
May we ever remain/ grateful to Thee.

O God /be with me/ during my examination today.
Help me/ to recall everything/ I have studied/ and answer well.
That I may be calm/ and at ease/ while answering/ and do my best.
